Befristet bis Ende April, mit eventueller Verlängerung um 2 Monate bis Ende Juni Zur befristeten Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine freundliche, zuverlässige und vielseitige Persönlichkeit, die auch in hektischen Momenten den Überblick behält. Unser Empfang ist die zentrale Drehscheibe unserer Spitex und die erste Anlaufstelle für Kunden/-innen, Angehörige, Zuweiser und Mitarbeitende. Arbeit zu Büroöffnungszeiten (Mo bis Fr; 7.30 bis 12 und 13.30 bis 17 Uhr); flexibler Einsatz wünschenswert.

Dein Verantwortungsbereich: • Betreuung des Empfangs und der Telefonzentrale sowie erste Anlaufstelle • Erledigung allgemeiner administrativer und organisatorischer Aufgaben inkl. Neukundenerfassung via OPAN, Korrespondenz, Postverarbeitung, Bestellwesen • Unterstützung diverser interner Bereiche sowie Betreuung der Infrastruktur, Cafeteria und Sitzungszimmer inkl. Besorgungen

Du bringst mit: • Kaufmännische oder gleichwertige Ausbildung sowie Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Gesundheitswesen • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und gut organisierte Arbeitsweise mit hohem Verantwortungsbewusstsein • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen, Kommunikationsstärke und gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse
