Die Funktion ist als Stabsstelle angesiedelt und bietet dir einen idealen Einstieg in eine fachliche Führungslaufbahn - auch wenn du deine Karriere als APN gerade erst startest oder dich noch im Masterstudium befindest.

Pflegeexpertin / Pflegeexperte APN Psychiatrie

Das erwartet dich

  • Du übernimmst aktiv und regelmässig Einsätze bei unseren Klientinnen und Klienten und stellst eine individuelle, fachlich fundierte psychiatrische Pflege sicher.
  • Du führst das Psychiatrieteam fachlich und stärkst die Mitarbeitenden durch Beratung, Coaching und Praxisbegleitung.
  • Du führst vertiefte klinische Assessments durch und begleitest komplexe Pflege- und Krisensituationen.
  • Du gestaltest Fallbesprechungen und Schulungen und förderst den fachlichen Austausch.
  • Du entwickelst evidenzbasierte Pflegekonzepte, Standards und Abläufe weiter und begleitest deren Umsetzung.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit der Linienführung, den behandelnden Fachpersonen sowie dem Qualitätsmanagement und der Pflegeentwicklung zusammen.

Das bringst du mit

  • Einen in der Schweiz anerkannten Pflegeabschluss sowie einen Master of Science in Pflege mit APN-Ausrichtung oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation. Auch wenn du dich noch im entsprechenden Masterstudium befindest, freuen wir uns auf deine Bewerbung.
  • Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der psychiatrischen Pflege.
  • Freude an Beratung und Wissensvermittlung sowie die Motivation, fachliche Führungsverantwortung zu übernehmen und dich darin weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Freude an der direkten Arbeit mit Klientinnen und Klienten sowie an der Weiterentwicklung des Teams.
  • Eine selbstständige, reflektierte Arbeitsweise und Freude an interprofessioneller Zusammenarbeit.
  • Eine wertschätzende Haltung und ein offenes Ohr für die Anliegen der Menschen, die du begleitest.
