Pflegefachperson Schwerpunkt Psychiatrie 50% - 90% HF oder PsyKP Unser Psychiatrie-Team ist verantwortlich für die ambulante psychiatrische Versorgung in unserem Einzugsgebiet. Wir planen und organisieren unsere Arbeit eigenständig und sind von Montag bis Freitag im Einsatz - ohne Wochenend-, Abend- oder Feiertagsdienste. Ihre Aufgaben Als Psychiatriefachperson übernehmen Sie die fachliche Verantwortung für den gesamten Pflegeprozess ihrer Klienten - vom Erstgespräch über die individuelle Begleitung bis hin zum Abschluss oder zur langfristigen Begleitung. Das bringen Sie mit Diplom als Pflegefachperson HF mit Schwerpunkt Psychiatrie oder Arbeitserfahrung und Weiterbildung im Bereich Freude an selbstständigem Arbeiten sowie an der Zusammenarbeit im Team Führerausweis Kategorie B Das bieten wir Ihnen Eine vielseitige, sinnstiftende Tätigkeit in einem wertschätzenden Arbeitsumfeld Ein motiviertes Team, das sich gegenseitig unterstützt Regelmässige Supervisionen und Möglichkeiten für Weiterbildungen Zeitgemässe Anstellungsbedingungen und digitale Unterstützung im Berufsalltag
