Bewirb dich als Diplomierte Pflegefachperson Psychiatrie HF/FH (50-80%) per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung Dein Aufgabenbereich Abwechslung pur: du übernimmst Verantwortung im ganzen Pflegeprozess - von der Beratung über Pflegeplanungen bis zur Betreuung, immer mit dem Menschen im Fokus. Teamwork und Vertrauen: du arbeitest eng mit Ärzten, Versicherungen, Institutionen und Angehörigen zusammen - und natürlich mit deinem Team. Zuhause statt in der Klinik: du begleitest junge Erwachsene bis betagte Menschen durch akute und chronische psychosozialen Lebenssituationen in ihrem privaten Umfeld. Zielgerichtet: Fördern und unterstützen des Klientel im Umgang mit ihrer Belastung und in der selbständigen Gestaltung des Alltags. Fachlich immer up to date: du lebst bei uns evidenzbasierte Pflege.
