Der Zweckverband Pflege & Betreuung Mittleres Tösstal versorgt mit über 250 engagierten und motivierten Mitarbeitenden die Bevölkerung der Verbandsgemeinden Turbenthal, Wila, Wildberg und Zell mit stationären und ambulanten Pflege-, Betreuungs- und Wohndienstleistungen. In den zwei stationären Pflegeeinrichtungen «Lindehus» in Turbenthal und «Im Spiegel» in Rikon werden je 50 Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner mit unterschiedlich hohem Betreuungs- und Pflegebedarf umfassend betreut. Die «Spitex Mittleres Tösstal», die ebenfalls zum Zweckverband gehört, versorgt rund 600 Klientinnen und Klienten mit qualitativ hochstehenden Dienstleistungen in der somatischen und psychosozialen Pflege und Betreuung sowie in der Hauswirtschaft. Infolge Pensionierung des heutigen Stelleninhabers, suchen wir per 1. Mai 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung, eine kompetente, führungsstarke und menschlich überzeugende Persönlichkeit als Geschäftsführer/in für ca. 80 - 100 % (Zweckverband Pflege und Betreuung Mittleres Tösstal) Das sind Ihre Hauptaufgaben: Operative Gesamtverantwortung für den gesamten Zweckverband, Vorsitz der Geschäftsleitung Sicherung der hohen Qualität der Leistungen und der Zufriedenheit der Kundinnen und Kunden Personalführung, -gewinnung, -planung und -entwicklung Sicherstellung einer guten Betriebs- und Arbeitskultur Erfolgreiche finanzielle Führung der Betriebe, Budget- und Umsatzverantwortung Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Betriebskommission Aktive Rolle bei der Weiterentwicklung des Zweckverbandes, den Angeboten und der Umsetzung der Strategie und von Beschlüssen Führung von Projekten und Arbeitsgruppen, Mitarbeit in Projekten Vertretung des Betriebes gegen innen und aussen, Pflege von Kontakten zu allen Anspruchsgruppen Das bringen Sie mit: Erfolgreiche Führungstätigkeit, idealerweise im Gesundheits- oder Sozialbereich, ausgewiesene betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse, hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und der Organisationsentwicklung Wirtschaftliches, analytisches und unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln Hohe Sozialkompetenz, Freude am Kontakt und Umgang mit Menschen Stilsicheres Deutsch, in Wort und Schrift, kommunikativ Führerausweis Kat.
