Für unseren Kundendienst suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die unser gut eingespieltes, im Jobsharing arbeitendes Empfangsteam ergänzt. Mitarbeiter*in Kundendienst (m/w/d) 40% plus 5% für Ferienablösung - im Jobsharing Deine Aufgaben - vielseitig und nah am Menschen Kundenkontakt mit Herz: Du betreust unsere Kundinnen und Kunden telefonisch professionell, freundlich und lösungsorientiert. Daten im Griff: Du erfasst und pflegst Kunden- und Auftragsdaten sorgfältig und zuverlässig. Gut vorbereitet unterwegs: Du stellst Arbeitsmaterialien und elektronische Arbeitsgeräte für unsere Mitarbeitenden bereit. Organisation ist deine Stärke: Du führst verschiedene Excel-Listen und behältst Lagerbestände, Aufträge und Liefertermine im Blick. Kommunikation, die ankommt: Du verfasst und gestaltest Schreiben für unsere Kundinnen und Kunden sowie unsere Mitarbeitenden. Abwechslung inklusive: Du übernimmst vielfältige administrative Aufgaben und unterstützt das Team im Tagesgeschäft.
