Αναζητούμε Sales Account Manager (Farmer) για να ενταχθεί στην ελληνική ομάδα πωλήσεων μας, στο γραφείο μας στο Ελληνικό, με στόχο την περαιτέρω ανάπτυξη και υποστήριξη των υφιστάμενων επαγγελματιών πελατών μας.

Ο ρόλος σου:

Ως μέλος της ομάδας μας, θα έχεις την ευθύνη διαχείρισης και της ανανέωσης του υπάρχοντος χαρτοφυλακίου και της ενίσχυσης της αξίας των συνεργασιών μας. Η καθημερινότητά σου θα περιλαμβάνει τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία και προσωπική επαφή με στόχο την ενίσχυση της πιστότητας και της ικανοποίησης των πελατών.

Κύριες αρμοδιότητες:

  • Διαχείριση υφιστάμενου πελατολογίου και πρόταση επιπλέον λύσεων με βάση τις ανάγκες του πελάτη.
  • Προώθηση νέων διαφημιστικών προϊόντων και υπηρεσιών.
  • Ανανέωση των διαφημιστικών προϊόντων και υπηρεσιών.
  • Παρακολούθηση της πορείας συνεργασιών και τακτική επικοινωνία για συνεχή υποστήριξη (account management)
  • Ενημέρωση και καταγραφή στοιχείων σε CRM.

Requirements

Απαραίτητα προσόντα:

  • Τουλάχιστον 3 χρόνια εμπειρίας σε B2B τηλεφωνικές πωλήσεις ή σε παρόμοιο ρόλο.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση ελληνικών και αγγλικών.
  • Άριστες ικανότητες επικοινωνίας, οργάνωσης και διαχείρισης πελατών.
  • Ικανότητα διατήρησης και ανάπτυξης εμπορικών σχέσεων.
  • Εξοικείωση με CRM και εργαλεία reporting.
