ZDRAVSTVENIK (VISOKO ZAHTEVNA DELA), poskusno delo 3 mesece, Nedoločen čas , Polni delovni čas, 40, Če vas veseli strokovno in odgovorno delo s pacienti na področju hemodialize, peritonealne dialize in transplantacije ter si želite svoje znanje nadgrajevati na dinamičnem področju zdravstvene nege, vas vabimo, da se nam pridružite. S svojim znanjem, empatijo in strokovnim pristopom boste pomembno prispevali k varni in kakovostni obravnavi pacientov. -Izvajanje temeljnih aktivnosti in kompetenc v okviru stroke zdravstvene nege (ZN) na področju hemodialize (HD), peritonealne dialize (PD) in transplantacije (TX);-izvajanje aktivnosti in intervencij zdravstvene nege, ki sodijo v kompetence tehnika zdravstvene nege;-ugotavljanje potreb, načrtovanje, izvajanje, vrednotenje in dokumentiranje ZN pri pacientih vključenih v program kronične HD, PD in TX;-sodelovanje in izvajanje različnih diagnostično terapevtskih posegov v okviru aktivnosti in kompetenc v ZN po naročilu zdravnika ali glede na proces dela;-predaja pacienta in prenos informacij na ostale člane negovalnega tima;-priprava in dajanje zdravil, učinkovin, krvi in krvnih pripravkov;-skrb za kakovost in varnost;-načrtovanje in izvajanje programa in ukrepov za preprečevanje in obvladovanje z zdravstvom povezanih okužb; -sodelovanje na sestankih zdravstvenega in negovalnega tima.Dodatne aktivnosti na področju hemodialize, peritonealne dialize in transplantacije.Celoten opis delovnega mesta se nahaja na:<a href="https://sb-je.si/aktualno/prosta_delovna_mesta" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">https://sb-je.si/aktualno/prosta_delovna_mesta</a>, ,
