ZDRAVSTVENIK (VISOKO ZAHTEVNA DELA), poskusno delo 3 mesece, Nedoločen čas , Polni delovni čas, 40, Delavec bo opravljal delo v 30 % na delovnem mestu E037021 - DIPLOMIRANA MEDICINSKA SESTRA V NEGOVALNI ENOTI in v 70 % na delovnem mestu E037018 - DIPLOMIRANA MEDICINSKA SESTRA V INTENZIVNI NEGI. - izvajanje zdravstvene nege pacienta v okviru aktivnosti in kompetenc na VI. st. zahtevnosti v zdravstveni negi;- načrtovanje, izvajanje in vrednotenje procesne metode dela;-- dokumentiranje postopkov in posegov v okviru celostne oskrbe pacientov;- sodelovanje s celotnim zdravstvenim timom v okviru celotne obravnave pacientov in v procesu zdravljenja, diagnostike in zdravstvene nege;-- interdisciplinarno sodelovanje in povezovanje z drugimi službami za zagotavljanje kakovostne obravnave pacienta;- samostojno izvajanje diagnostično terapevtskih postopkov;-priprava aperatur, pripomočkov, opreme za izvajanje osnovnega ali razširjenega nadzora življenjskih funkcij, -izvajanje in sodelovanje pri izvajanju zahtevnejših in specialnih diagnostično terapevtskih posegih ter postopkih komuniciranja in prenosa informacij v zdravstvenem timu, -- dokumentiranje postopkov in posegov v okviru celostne oskrbe pacientov;-- transport kužnin za nadaljnje preiskave;-zdravstveno vzgojno delo in svetovanje pacientom/njegovim svojcem, otrokom in mladostnikom, njihovim staršem/spremljevalcem- izvajanje postopkov za preprečevanje širjenja bolnišničnih okužb, -predaja pacienta na vseh področjih-ostala dela po navodilih nadrejenega., ,
