  • Drive complex problem-solving by interpreting current business trends to identify and implement innovative, strategic solutions for program delivery.
  • Monitor program health, lead critical path roadmaps, risk mitigation and necessary course corrections.
  • Handle all aspects of budget preparations, resource allocation, and financial rigor to ensure effective utilization and alignment to business plans
  • Influence and persuade partners at all levels, providing executive-level status updates and strategic recommendations for maintaining relationships.
  • Provide technical expertise and mentorship to engineering project management staff, fostering process improvements and the implementation of continuous integration methodologies.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 7+ years of experience or a master’s degree in engineering with 5+ years of experience in hardware program management.
  • Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end, complex hardware programs with moderate to high risk and multiple multi-functional interdependencies.
  • Experience in defining and delivering program plans, schedules, and budgets, including monitoring critical path activities and resource allocation.
  • Experience in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project) to track program metrics.
  • Experience using AI tools e.g. ChatGPT, Codex, Claude to improve the program management process.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Expertise in Design Verification Testing (DVT) processes within complex hardware development lifecycles.
  • Extensive knowledge of hardware manufacturing environments, production workflows, and supply chain operations.
  • Strategic background in supply chain operations or procurement for large-scale hardware programs.
  • Current program management certification (e.g., PMP, PgMP) reflecting advanced professional standards.
  • Proven ability to communicate difficult concepts and influence outcomes across internal and external partner groups.
  • Demonstrated expertise with leading multi-functional dependencies in fast-paced engineering environments

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
