CRM (Neon) Volunteer

This is a volunteer position and any amount of time is appreciated.

Overview:

The CRM Administrator will support the organization’s data management efforts by maintaining accurate donor, member, and volunteer information within the Neon CRM platform. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about helping nonprofits streamline operations and improve relationships with constituents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update contact records, donations, event participation, and other data.
  • Provide support for campaigns, event registration, and membership renewals through the platform.
  • Help maintain clean and organized data by de-duplicating records, correcting inconsistencies, and completing missing fields.
  • Run and export reports to support fundraising, event, and volunteer engagement efforts.
  • Help track volunteer hours and engagement.
  • Support the creation of email campaigns and donor acknowledgements using Neon’s communication tools.
  • Troubleshoot basic CRM-related issues or escalate them as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive constituent information.

These qualities and skills will be helpful:

  • Comfortable using databases or CRM systems (experience with Neon CRM a plus, but not required)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Ability to follow data entry protocols and confidentiality guidelines
