Požadavky:● Vzdělání podle zákona č. 108/2006 Sb. o sociálních službách – pracovník v sociálních službách● Schopnost přizpůsobit se individuálním požadavkům klientů při asistenci● Zájem o cílovou skupinu, proaktivní přístup k pracovním povinnostem● Flexibilní časové možnosti (nepravidelná pracovní doba, výkon práce ve večerních hodinách, o víkendech a svátcích).● Zodpovědné a spolehlivé jednání, komunikativnost a aktivní užívání online nástrojů (kalendář, formuláře, email, equip)● Řidičské oprávnění skupiny B – aktivní řidičNabízíme:● Smlouvu ve formě HPP na zkrácený úvazek (0,5 a 0,6); základní mzda 190 Kč/h plus příplatky● Pravidelné supervize a vzdělávání,● Dovolená 25 dní (dle úvazku), příspěvek na penzijní připojištěníPracovní náplň:● Úkony osobní asistence – doprovody, dopomoc s úklidem domácnosti, příprava a podání jídla, přesuny z invalidního vozíku, osobní hygiena, společnost● Spolupráce se sociálními pracovníky osobní asistence při plnění povinností, účast na poradách, školeních a supervizích● Výkon služby osobní asistence podle pravidel, postupů a pokynů daných metodikouV případě zájmu o pracovní místo pošlete životopis a motivační dopis nejpozději do 23.9.2026 včetně na uvedený kontakt: Mgr. Jana Měrková, email <a href="mailto:[email protected]" rel="nofollow">[email protected]</a>. Nástup je možný od 1.11.2026. K osobnímu pohovoru budete pozvání po individuální domluvě.Odpovědí na tento inzerát či zasláním Vašeho životopisu a dalších materiálů společnosti, dáváte souhlas ke shromažďování, zpracování a uchování Vašich osobních údajů dle s ustanovením čl. 13 Nařízení Evropského parlamentu a Rady (EU) č. 2016/679 ze dne 27. dubna 2016, obecného nařízení o ochraně osobních údajů.
