Als HR-deskundige zorg je mee voor een correcte en efficiënte opvolging van uiteenlopende HR-processen en -procedures. Je werkt nauwkeurig, hebt oog voor cijfers en zorgt ervoor dat administratieve taken tijdig en kwaliteitsvol worden afgehandeld. Je ondersteunt je HR-collega’s en helpt mee om de dagelijkse werking van het team vlot te laten verlopen. Je analyseert rapporten, verwerkt gegevens en past de geldende regelgeving en personeelsstatuten correct toe. In deze functie werk je in een team van 7 HR-professionals en rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de HR-businesspartner. Daarnaast speel je een belangrijke rol in de onboarding van nieuwe medewerkers en zorg je ervoor dat zij op een vlotte manier hun start kunnen nemen bij Sport Vlaanderen. Je denkt graag mee over hoe processen efficiënter kunnen en werkt samen met collega’s mee aan HR-projecten en werkgroepen die onze dienstverlening verder verbeteren. Nieuwe systemen en procedures schrikken je niet af: je maakt je snel nieuwe informatie eigen en weet die om te zetten in een correcte toepassing in de praktijk. Je plant je werk zelfstandig en doelgericht, stelt de juiste prioriteiten en houdt steeds oog voor de behoeften van je interne klanten.

· Je hebt een bachelordiploma in een HR-gerelateerde of bedrijfseconomische afstudeerrichting.

· Je beschikt over minstens 1 jaar beroepservaring binnen een HR-dienst in een overheidscontext.
