The posting

Your mission

  • Provide basic IT support for Windows and Linux systems
  • Perform basic network troubleshooting
  • Replace hardware components and provide hardware support
  • Maintain and support data acquisition stations
  • Set up and configure employee laptopsIdentify, document, and resolve basic IT issues
  • Provide on-site IT support during production days
  • Ensure on-site presence throughout production operations, including weekends

Your profile

  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of practical experience in IT administration or IT operations
  • Practical experience with cloud infrastructures, ideally AWS and/or Microsoft Azure
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and common enterprise software
  • Experience in analyzing and troubleshooting technical issues, as well as providing 1st- and 2nd-level support
  • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working approach
  • Very good written and spoken English skills
