  What You’ll Do; As an E-Commerce/Sales Associate, you’ll help deliver a seamless Sporting Life experience whether customers are shopping with us in-store or online. You’ll connect customers with the right products through knowledgeable, personalized service while also supporting the accurate and timely fulfillment of online orders. Your attention to detail, product knowledge, and commitment to great service will help ensure every customer receives the same exceptional Sporting Life experience, no matter how they choose to shop.

Build authentic relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide thoughtful sport- and style-based recommendations. Deliver exceptional sales and service, helping customers find the right gear, apparel, footwear, and accessories. Process and fulfill online orders efficiently and accurately to meet customer delivery expectations. Pick, pack, and prepare online orders following company standards to ensure products arrive safely and in excellent condition. Monitor online orders and proactively address delays, product availability concerns, or other fulfillment issues. Communicate with customers by phone or electronic messaging when required to provide order updates or resolve concerns. Adjust orders as needed based on customer requests, product availability, or special instructions. Support the resolution of shipping issues by coordinating with internal teams and third-party logistics providers. Complete required documentation for shipments, returns, and order modifications accurately. Support daily store operations, merchandising standards, and overall store success. Stay current on seasonal trends, new product drops, and innovations across sport and lifestyle categories. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all operational and safety guidelines. Contribute to a collaborative, energized store culture that celebrates sport and active living.

A strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, particularly when processing and fulfilling online orders. A customer-first mindset with the ability to provide great service both in person and through phone or electronic communication. Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance customer service, sales, and eCommerce responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. A collaborative, team-first approach and the drive to contribute to shared store goals. Curiosity and enthusiasm for building your product knowledge across sport, style, footwear, apparel, and accessories. Flexibility and willingness to support different areas of the business based on customer and store needs.
