Deine Aufgaben

Du bist der strategische Kopf für Amazon Seller Central. Dein Hauptziel ist die maximale Performance und die enge Abstimmung mit unserem Marketing-Team:

  • Strategische Performance-Steuerung: Du übernimmst die Gesamtverantwortung für Umsatz, Profitabilität und Wachstum auf Amazon (DE/EU).
  • PPC-Strategie & Management: Du entwickelst und steuerst die High-Level-Strategie für Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Products, Brands, DSP etc.) in enger Abstimmung mit dem Marketing Manager.
  • Prozess- & Dienstleister-Management: Du wählst, steuerst und briefst unsere externen Partner (Freelancer/Agenturen) für Listing-Optimierung, Content-Erstellung (A+ Content, Bilder) und nutzt Automatisierungstools und AI-Lösungen zur Effizienzsteigerung.
  • Bestandsmanagement & Logistik-Schnittstelle: Du optimierst die Logistikprozesse (FBA/FBM) und die Verfügbarkeit, um die Amazon-KPIs zu sichern.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Du erstellst detaillierte Performance-Analysen, leitest daraus strategische Entscheidungen ab und erstellst belastbare Umsatz-Forecasts.

Das bringst du mit

  • Du hast tiefe strategische Erfahrung im Management von Amazon Seller Central (3+ Jahre) und verstehst Amazon als Business-Ökosystem.
  • Exzellente Kenntnisse in der strategischen Planung und Budgetierung von Amazon Advertising (PPC).
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Dienstleistern und dem Einsatz von Automatisierung/AI im E-Commerce.
  • Du bist analytisch stark und verstehst es, komplexe Daten in klare, strategische Entscheidungen zu übersetzen.
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing-Teams zur Abstimmung von Kampagnen und Produkt-Launches.
  • Fließendes Deutsch und gutes Englisch.
