The posting

Company Description

We’re the world’s leading sports technology company, at the intersection between sports, media, and betting. More than 1,700 sports federations, media outlets, betting operators, and consumer platforms across 120 countries rely on our know-how and technology to boost their business.

Job Description

THE ROLE:

We have launched two new offerings: an owned-and-operated supply monetisation product across our live sports tracking and audiovisual streaming portfolio, and a sports audience offering that makes our audiences available for activation beyond our own DSP. Both are currently in beta and entering their next phase of growth.

We are looking for our first dedicated Monetisation Manager to help take these products from beta to full rollout, establish the operational foundations for growth, and support the distribution and commercial activation of our inventory and sports audience data.

This is a hands-on role. Working closely with our Head of Programmatic Partnerships on the agreed demand and audience distribution strategies, you will own day-to-day yield management, technical placement delivery and audience activation through third-party platforms.

You will establish and improve processes, reporting and forecasting, working closely with our engineering, product, data and sales teams.

You should be familiar with Google Ad Manager / GAM360, with practical knowledge of ad serving, placement configuration and yield management.

THE CHALLENGE:

  • Demand strategy: Work with the Head of Programmatic Partnerships to identify, assess and prioritise demand sources by territory, including open exchange, Open Bidding, marketplaces, SSPs, PMPs and direct tags.
  • Demand qualification and monitoring: Enforce advertiser and category restrictions in line with publisher requirements. Establish clear monitoring and escalation processes and act as the main operational contact for demand quality across our live sports supply.
  • Yield management: Own floor pricing, demand configuration and inventory allocation, continuously testing and optimising for revenue and fill.
  • Placement delivery: Act as the main link between commercial and engineering teams, translating publisher and product requirements into correctly specified, tested ad placements ready for production.
  • Audience distribution: Manage the operational distribution of our audience data through third-party exchanges, SSPs, data marketplaces and data warehouses. Coordinate onboarding, taxonomy mapping and activation with partners and internal teams.
  • Deal creation and activation: Build audience deals on request, distribute them to the relevant DSP seats and verify that they are available for activation. Support sales with data-controlled PMPs, ensuring the correct audience targeting, inventory, pricing and buyer access are applied.
  • Audience partner development: Identify and engage prospective audience distribution and activation partners, assess their commercial and technical suitability, and progress opportunities with the Head of Programmatic Partnerships.
  • Bespoke audience requests: Act as the main point of contact for custom audience builds. Gather and clarify requirements, coordinate feasibility and delivery with the data team, and manage timelines, activation and stakeholder updates.
  • Audience sales materials: Maintain accurate audience one-pagers covering segment definitions, available markets, scale, use cases and activation routes, working with data and sales colleagues to keep information current.
  • Reporting and forecasting: Produce clear reporting on inventory yield, fill, demand performance, payments and audience usage. Track audience activation, revenue and partner performance, and maintain forecasts to support commercial planning.
  • Business development: Support broader publisher and partner opportunities tied to the inventory and audience monetisation products.

ABOUT YOU:

  • Familiarity and experience with Google Ad Manager / GAM360, including configuring orders, line items, placements and demand priorities.
  • Proven yield management experience, ideally within a publisher or supply monetisation business.
  • A strong understanding of DSPs, SSPs, exchanges, PMPs and how inventory and audience data are priced, distributed and activated.
  • Practical experience creating deals, assigning buyer seats and troubleshooting activation across programmatic platforms.
  • Experience supporting audience distribution or data activation through third-party partners.
  • Confidence working directly with engineering and data teams on implementation requirements and delivery.
  • The ability to turn sales and client requests into clear, actionable briefs, particularly for bespoke audience requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience producing performance reports, revenue forecasts and commercial recommendations.
  • Clear communication, reliable stakeholder updates and the ability to manage competing operational priorities.
  • A hands-on approach: comfortable doing the operational work while contributing to commercial strategy and partner development.

OUR OFFER

  • A collaborative environment with colleagues from all over the world (Engineering offices in Europe, Asia and the US) including various social events and teambuilding.
  • Flexibility to manage your workday and tasks with autonomy.
  • A balance of structure and autonomy to tackle your daily tasks.
  • Vibrant and inclusive community which welcomes all participants.
  • Global Employee Assistance Program.
  • Calm and Reulay app (leading well-being apps designed to support focus, quality rest, mindfulness, and long-term mental resilience).
  • Online training videos.
  • Flexible working hours.

OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS:

1. Initial Screening - A brief conversation with our Talent Acquisition Partner to discuss your background, experience, and career expectations.

2. Interview with the Hiring Manager - A detailed discussion focused on your experience, expertise, and achievements, including a presentation of your portfolio.

3. Final Interview - A final discussion with the team

4. Final Step - Receive feedback and, if successful, an offer to join the team.

We believe great products are built by great teams working closely together. While we offer flexible working hours, this role is fully office-based, as we strongly value in-person collaboration, knowledge sharing, fast decision-making, and team connection. We see working together onsite as a key driver of innovation, learning, and success. Certain exemptions may apply depending on location - your local point of contact can provide further details.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
