  • Identify, evaluate, and advance commercial opportunities across sporting entities, including international federations, national federations, leagues, clubs, event organisers, regulators, and other key stakeholders.
  • Own individual revenue, pipeline, and business development targets, contributing directly to regional and global Integrity Services growth objectives.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for priority clients, identifying opportunities for contract renewals, service expansion, and long-term partnership growth.
  • Provide exceptional account management and customer care, building trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers across the sports ecosystem.
  • Collaborate closely with global product owners and commercial colleagues to identify, develop, and progress opportunities across the Integrity Services portfolio.
  • Actively contribute market intelligence, client feedback, and competitive insights to support product development, commercial strategy, and go-to-market planning.
  • Represent Sportradar Integrity Services at industry conferences, forums, workshops, and stakeholder events.
  • Work closely with other Sportradar business units to identify joint opportunities, support strategic pursuits, and maximise the value of existing client relationships.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, opportunity, contract, and forecasting data within Salesforce, ensuring transparency and consistency across the sales cycle.
  • Support commercial planning and regional forecasting through the preparation of revenue reports, pipeline analysis, business reviews, and market assessments.
  • Contribute to the development of regional market intelligence, identifying emerging trends, governance developments, regulatory changes, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain expert knowledge of the Integrity Services portfolio, products, and market positioning, acting as a trusted internal and external subject matter expert.
  • Drive operational excellence and regional efficiency through disciplined Salesforce utilisation, commercial reporting, pricing consistency, and contract management processes.

ABOUT YOU

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, International Relations, Law, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sports business, sports technology, integrity, governance, betting, consulting, or a related commercial environment.
  • Demonstrated success in business development, account management, partnership management, and revenue generation.
  • Strong understanding of the sports ecosystem, including sporting federations, leagues, clubs, governing bodies, regulators, and commercial stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to develop senior stakeholder relationships and navigate complex sales environments.
  • Experience working in an international business environment, collaborating effectively across functions, regions, and product teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing sales pipelines, forecasting, and commercial reporting.
  • Advanced experience using Salesforce and other CRM platforms to manage opportunities, forecasting, account planning, and sales performance.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable operating independently while contributing to a collaborative global team environment.
  • Passionate about sport, integrity, governance, and the role technology can play in protecting and enhancing sport.
  • Willingness to travel regularly throughout the region and internationally when required.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
