The posting

Company Description

We’re the world’s leading sports technology company, at the intersection between sports, media, and betting. More than 1,700 sports federations, media outlets, betting operators, and consumer platforms across 120 countries rely on our know-how and technology to boost their business.

Job Description

Location: Rothschildplatz 4, Vienna, Austria, with temporary assignments at international offices

Employment type: Full-time graduate programme

Duration: March 2027–February 2028

About the programme

Our International Graduate Programme develops high-potential early-career talent with the ambition and potential to become future business leaders. It is designed for people who enjoy translating user needs, market insights and data into valuable product and business solutions.

Over 12 months, you will complete two months of shared onboarding and foundations, followed by two five-month rotations across key business units spanning sports betting, sports media and marketing, fan engagement, iGaming and internal products. The programme will give you a broad understanding of Sportradar’s portfolio and operating model while building practical product management capability.

You will work with product managers, designers, engineers, analysts and commercial colleagues on meaningful business initiatives. Depending on your placement, your work may include product discovery, market and user research, roadmap or backlog support, performance analysis, requirements definition, client feedback synthesis, prototypes and product demonstrations.

Mentoring from experienced leaders, regular feedback and access to senior stakeholders will support your development. Vienna is the programme’s home base. Temporary work at another Sportradar office and international travel may form part of the experience, subject to business needs, budget, policy and work-authorisation requirements.

Your tailored learning plan will cover product management, commercial and client understanding, data and technology, responsible AI, stakeholder influence and leadership. By the end of the programme, you will be equipped to move into a permanent role aligned with your strengths and business needs.

Qualifications

You are a strong candidate if you:

  • Have, or will have by the programme start, a master’s degree in Business, Strategy, Product Management or a related field.
  • Have no more than two years of relevant professional experience.
  • Show genuine interest in technology, sports and digital products.
  • Think strategically and analytically and enjoy solving user and business problems creatively.
  • Are comfortable working with data, metrics and technical teams without needing to be a specialist engineer or data scientist.
  • AI-native: you use AI tools confidently and responsibly to explore ideas, solve problems, learn faster and improve the quality of your work.
  • Communicate clearly, listen well and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Enjoy working across cultures, disciplines and locations in a dynamic international environment.
  • Bring curiosity, resilience, ownership and a strong mindset.
  • Have valid and permanent work authorisation for the European Union at the time of application and for the whole duration of the program.

Additional experience we value

  • Exposure to machine learning, data analytics, APIs or other technical projects.
  • Participation in hackathons, start-up incubators or student-led product initiatives.
  • Knowledge of sports, gaming, betting, media or B2B technology.

Recruitment process

  1. Application review: We review your CV and eligibility against the programme profile.
  2. Video interview: Tell us about your motivation, how you think and what drives you.
  3. Business interview: A 45-minute online meeting with representatives from Talent Acquisition and the business.
  4. Culture Day: A full-day assessment centre in our Vienna office, including group exercises, scheduled for the second half of January 2027.
  5. Feedback and offer: We provide feedback and, where there is a match, make an offer to join the International Graduate Programme.

Estimated timeline

  • Application deadline: 6 November 2026
  • Video interviews: 10–20 November 2026
  • Business interviews: 1–18 December 2026
  • Onsite Culture Day: Second half of January 2027
  • Programme start: 1 March 2027

We believe great products are built by teams that collaborate closely. While we offer flexible working hours, this programme is primarily office-based because in-person collaboration, knowledge sharing, rapid decision-making and team connection are central to the learning experience. Specific arrangements may vary by location; your local contact can provide further details.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
