With over 400 employees worldwide, our portfolio includes Racing Post, Pickswise, myracing and Free Super Tips, as well as the international marketing agency ICS-digital and ICS-translate. Together, we partner with leading operators, affiliates and media groups to power growth and engagement across the industry.

As Gaming Content Editor, you will lead the development of our gaming editorial content across online casino, slots, bingo and poker. You will write distinctive coverage while building the plans, formats and freelance network needed to publish consistently at greater scale.

This is a hands-on editorial role for someone who understands gaming and can judge what readers need and where content can perform commercially. You will keep existing pages accurate and current, use performance data to guide priorities, and maintain high editorial and safer gambling standards. Reports to the editorial lead responsible for commercial and SEO content, with their work feeding into the Affiliates Growth team.

Responsibilities:

  • Write, edit and publish operator reviews across online casino, bingo and poker, alongside slot coverage, explainers and safer gambling content
  • Create and maintain a new slot release tracker and produce weekly rankings covering popular games and notable payouts
  • Turn RTP data, slot trends and market reports into clear articles and visual information packs
  • Develop coverage of gaming streamers and platforms such as Kick, including carefully sourced weekly performance rankings
  • Keep reviews, guides and comparison pages accurate and current
  • Own the gaming content plan, working with the editorial lead, SEO and commercial colleagues to set priorities and identify opportunities
  • Use search, audience and conversion data to assess performance, improve existing content and inform future coverage
  • Commission, brief and edit freelance contributors, maintaining editorial quality as output grows
  • Support other editorial departments during major racing and sporting events

Requirements

  • Experience writing and editing gaming content, with knowledge of online casino and slots and an understanding of bingo and poker
  • Clear, engaging writing, supported by examples of accurate, well-researched work
  • The ability to explain gaming features, RTP, volatility, bonuses and operator differences in plain English
  • Excellent attention to detail, the judgement to evaluate claims and check sources, and a commitment to keeping information accurate
  • Good organisational skills, including the ability to meet deadlines and balance new coverage with regular updates
  • Confidence planning content and using performance data to improve it
  • The ability to produce clear briefs and give constructive editorial feedback; previous experience commissioning freelancers would be an advantage
  • An understanding of responsible gambling coverage, including how to present payouts and streamer activity appropriately
  • Familiarity with SEO and experience using a content management system
  • The ability to work collaboratively across teams and respond constructively to editorial feedback
  • Knowledge of sports betting and an interest in data visualisation would be an advantage

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
