Die Klinik für Forensik der UPK Basel ist ein überregionales universitäres Zentrum für forensische Psychiatrie und Psychologie. Unsere interprofessionelle Arbeit orientiert sich an Recovery\-Prinzipien und dialektisch\-behavioralen Ansätzen. Unser Leitsatz: Sicherheit durch Beziehung. Für unsere stationäre Erwachsenenforensik suchen wir Dich als Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH (m/w/d) mit einem Pensum von 80\-100%.

Aufgaben:

* Bezugspersonenarbeit im Kernteam, perspektivisch Übernahme der Fallführung und Begleitung der Patientinnen und Patienten im stationären Alltag

* Förderung des Einbezugs der An\- und Zugehörigen in die Behandlung

* Leitung von Gruppen in den Bereichen DBT, Psychoedukation, Gruppe soziale Kompetenz (GSK), Entspannung und Aktivität

* Mitverantwortung für die Sicherheit von Patientinnen, Patienten und Mitarbeitenden

* Anwendung des Pflegeprozesses sowie von Ressourcen\- und Risikoerfassungsinstrumenten (z. B. SAPROF, Bröset, Kriterienkatalog)

* Zugewandte, empathische und offene Kommunikation im Alltag, im Kernteam und mit Angehörigen

Profil:

* Abschluss als Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH, wünschenswert ein Studium der Pflegewissenschaften, der Psychiatrischen Pflege oder ein vergleichbares Studium mit pflegerischem Schwerpunkt

* Berufserfahrung im psychiatrischen Bereich

* Freude an der Arbeit mit psychisch erkrankten Menschen und Interesse am Kontext der Forensik

* Du siehst nicht nur Erkrankung und Straftat, sondern den Menschen als Ganzes

* Du bringst Deine Kompetenzen und Persönlichkeit gerne in die interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit ein

* Deutsch mindestens auf Niveau B2

* Privat\- und Sonderprivatauszug aus dem Strafregister ohne Einträge

* Bei ausländischen Pflegediplomen ist die SRK\-Registrierung Voraussetzung, die Kosten übernehmen die UPK
