Unser Kunde ist ein unabhängiges Dienstleistungsunternehmen und Kompetenzzentrum für Kranken\- und Sozialversicherungen mit Sitz in Luzern. Mit langjähriger Erfahrung und hoher Fachkompetenz bietet unser Kunde massgeschneiderte Lösungen und umfassende Beratung für Versicherungen und Unternehmen im Gesundheitssektor. Zur Verstärkung des Teams, suchen wir eine:n Fachspezialist:in medizinische Kodierung.

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Sie prüfen und beurteilen Rechnungen stationärer Leistungen nach SwissDRG, ST\-Reha und TARPSY im Hinblick auf die korrekten Kodierregeln und gesetzlichen Vorgaben

* Zu Ihren Tätigkeiten gehören Falltriage, eigenständige Nachkodierung, Verhandlungen mit Leistungserbringern sowie fachliche Abklärungen mit relevanten Institutionen

* Sie arbeiten eng mit Kunden wie Krankenversicherern, IV\-Stellen und Unfallversicherern zusammen und unterstützen das Controlling

Ihr Profil:

* Sie verfügen über eine medizinische Grundausbildung (Dipl. Pflegefachperson, Medizinstudium oder vergleichbarer Gesundheitsberuf) und bringen mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Kodierung der Akutsomatik mit

* Idealerweise besitzen Sie den eidgenössischen Fachausweis in Medizinischer Kodierung

* Sie kennen die aktuellen Kodierrichtlinien und Klassifikationen und bringen gute Kenntnisse des Gesundheits\- und Sozialversicherungswesens mit

* Eine selbständige und genaue Arbeitsweise, gute IT\-Kenntnisse, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und stilsicheres Deutsch zeichnen Sie aus. Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
