  • Elevate Spotter’s go-to-market positioning and core sales story, ensuring messaging is creator-first, advertiser-relevant, and differentiated, and that sales materials consistently reflect Spotter’s strategic priorities and marketplace leadership.
  • Develop and refine premium, high-impact sales materials including pitch decks, creator portfolio overviews, category POVs, tentpole packages, case studies, sizzles, and one-sheets that improve proposal quality, speed, and win rates in partnership with Sales and Marketing leadership.
  • Partner with Ad Sales Research, Analytics and third party measurement partners to develop differentiated research approaches, measurement frameworks, and methodologies that demonstrate the value of creators, crater fandom, and Spotter’s advertising solution
  • Own post-campaign storytelling and renewal strategy, translating campaign performance, brand lift, audience insights, creative learnings, and client feedback into clear narratives that demonstrate impact and identify opportunities for optimization expansion, and future partnership
  • Drive integrated solutioning and packaging, collaborating with Product, Planning, and Operations to position new ad products and advertiser-ready offerings, ensuring proposals are supported with clear value propositions and modular components that scale.
  • Maintain and evolve Ads Marketing resources, tools, processes, and best practices that improve sales storytelling, custom content development, and campaign execution across the organization

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
