Venha fazer parte de uma empresa que ama transformar com tecnologia e abraça a diversidade em todas as suas formas!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGerenciar projetos de ponta a ponta, acompanhando escopo, cronograma, custos, riscos, qualidade, recursos e entregas.Planejar e acompanhar cronogramas, marcos, indicadores, orçamento e avanço físico-financeiro.Identificar e tratar riscos, impedimentos, conflitos e dependências.Conduzir reuniões e cerimônias ágeis, quando aplicável.Garantir governança, atualização dos artefatos e acompanhamento dos indicadores.Gerenciar stakeholders, fornecedores e equipes multidisciplinares.Elaborar reportes gerenciais e executivos sobre evolução, riscos, custos e próximos passos.Promover melhoria contínua e apoiar a tomada de decisão.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesImprescindível: Ensino superior completo em Administração, Engenharia, TI, Gestão de Projetos ou áreas correlatas.Experiência sólida em Gerenciamento de Projetos.Vivência com metodologias tradicionais, ágeis e/ou híbridas.Conhecimento em Scrum, Kanban e gestão de riscos, custos, cronogramas e stakeholders.Experiência com indicadores e acompanhamento físico-financeiro.Boa comunicação, organização, negociação e capacidade de liderança.

Informações adicionaisDesejável:PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, PSM, CSM ou SAFe.Conhecimento em Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow/Ágora ou MS Project.Experiência em projetos de tecnologia, transformação digital ou implantação de soluções corporativas.
