Voor een toonaangevende internationale speler binnen de voedings- en supply chain sector zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een Teamleider Logistiek voor hun vestiging in Boom.

Je komt terecht in een dynamische en professionele productie- en logistieke omgeving, waar kwaliteit, efficiëntie, teamwork en vooral veiligheid centraal staan.

Jouw rol als Teamleider Logistiek

Als Teamleider Logistiek ben je samen met je collega-teamleiders verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van een team van ongeveer 40 magazijnmedewerkers binnen de expeditie.

Je zorgt ervoor dat de dagelijkse logistieke processen veilig, efficiënt en correct verlopen en bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor je medewerkers op de werkvloer.

Concreet betekent dit:

People management & teamleiding

  • Aansturen en motiveren van een team van ongeveer 40 magazijnmedewerkers
  • Zorgen voor een efficiënte inzet en verdeling van medewerkers
  • Voeren van functioneringsgesprekken en opvolgen van medewerkers
  • Opstellen van de personeelsplanning
  • Deelnemen aan teamleider- en teambordmeetings
  • Een positieve, betrokken en veilige werkomgeving creëren

Logistieke & operationele verantwoordelijkheid

  • Verantwoordelijk voor de correcte uitvoering van de processen binnen expeditie
  • Bewaken van de dagelijkse operationele flow
  • Toezien op een efficiënte uitvoering van de werkzaamheden
  • Prioriteiten bepalen en snel schakelen bij onverwachte situaties
  • Instaan voor veiligheid op de werkvloer
  • Medewerkers actief bewust maken van veilig werken

Continuous improvement

  • Verbeteringen op de werkvloer identificeren en initiëren
  • Meedenken over efficiëntere werkmethodes en processen
  • Bijdragen aan de operationele doelstellingen van de afdeling
  • Creatieve en praktische oplossingen zoeken voor dagelijkse uitdagingen
  • Minimaal een secundair ASO/TSO-diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Min. 3 à 5 jaar ervaring als Teamleider Logistiek of in een vergelijkbare leidinggevende functie
  • Je spreekt zeer goed Nederlands
  • Je beschikt over een goed technisch inzicht en basis computervaardigheden
  • Je hebt sterke people management skills
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en kan goed prioriteiten stellen
  • Je bent stressbestendig, flexibel en oplossingsgericht
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en bent graag aanwezig op de werkvloer
  • Je bent bereid om te werken in vroege en late ploeg én in het weekend
  • Veiligheid staat bij jou altijd op nummer één
