Description

Sprout Social is looking to hire a Part-Time Senior Workplace Experience Specialist to join the Workplace Experience team.

Why join Sprout’s Workplace Experience team?

The Workplace Experience team is at the center of driving Sprout's culture, creating collaborative workspaces, leading in-person and virtual events and partnering with our Distributed and Employee Experience teams to ensure our employees are set up for success. Our team tackles more than facilities. We care about the entire person—not just the space they work in. Joining the Workplace Experience team means you’ll get to frequently collaborate and perfect your craft, including customer service, events, facilities and forging the path for hybrid work at Sprout. You’ll be at the epicenter of what makes Sprout, Sprout.

What you’ll do

  • Manage the day-to-day needs of our Krakow office — from supplies and snacks to maintenance.
  • Bringing your own expertise and new ideas to the table to elevate the Krakow office experience.
  • Liaise with vendors, cleaners, and building management to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Work with property management to IT to ensure proper safety and security standards are met
  • Review and evaluate new and existing vendor partners on an ongoing basis, and partner across WE offices to ensure consistent quality standards are upheld globally.
  • Plan, communicate, and execute a variety of internal events, including team meetups, Happy Hours and internal and external meetings.
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding of employees, and create a welcoming experience for all visitors.
  • Manage and resolve all incoming workplace support tickets and staff feedback with a strong focus on exceptional customer service and timely solutions.
  • Additional tasks as needed related to office support, in-person events and other facility tasks.
  • Travel periodically to provide assistance at our other office locations as required.

What you’ll bring

A successful candidate will bring previous experience in workplace coordination, office management, facilities, or administrative support. You have a friendly, approachable manner and excellent communication skills, paired with strong organisational abilities and a sharp eye for detail. You’re confident using tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and basic spreadsheets, and you're comfortable managing your own time and working independently. Most importantly, you have a proactive, can-do attitude — you anticipate problems before they arise and take real pride in creating a smooth, welcoming workplace experience.

The minimum qualifications for this role include:

  • Ability to be onsite in our Krakow office 3 days per week 9am - 5pm, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
  • 2+ years experience in a similar role (e.g. workplace coordination, office/facilities management, administrative or operations support)
  • Proficiency with basic digital tools - such as Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar), Slack, and email platforms
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks with minimal supervision
  • Experience producing in-office and offsite events.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 15 kg as needed.
  • Proficient in both English and Polish, written and spoken.

Additionally, these are the preferred qualifications that would indicate a particularly strong candidate:

  • Experience working in a globally distributed organisation
  • Familiarity with internal communications

How you’ll grow

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
