Digital Document Specialist

📍El Paso,TX On-site

SPS Global is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Digital Document Specialist to support document processing, data entry, and digital imaging operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, production-focused environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work.

Reports To: Client Services Supervisor, Client Services Manager, or equivalent leadership

What You’ll Do

  • Classify and index scanned documents by reviewing form fields and entering information into designated systems
  • Review scanned documents to ensure quality, completeness, and accuracy
  • Perform high-volume data entry while meeting productivity and accuracy standards
  • Match documents to corresponding accounts and apply established business rules
  • Process documents in accordance with client Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive client information
  • Follow company policies, regulatory requirements, and established procedures
  • Assist with additional document processing and operational tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience with high-volume data entry and strong attention to detail
  • Fast and accurate alphanumeric typing skills
  • Comfortable using computers and working in a production environment
  • Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing processes
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Familiarity with document imaging or scanning software preferred
