Be part of the energy, excitement, and magic of winter in New York City. To support peak season operations, we’re seeking confident, customer-focused Ticket Sales Associates (Winter Plaza). You’ll be one of the first friendly faces guests meet, helping them make the most of their visit. From welcoming visitors and sharing recommendations to promoting seasonal experiences and assisting with ticket and tour sales, you’ll help create memorable moments every day.

This is a fast-paced, highly visible role for someone who loves meeting people, bringing positive energy, and working in a dynamic outdoor environment.

This seasonal opportunity provides hands-on experience within a premier NYC destination, with potential consideration for future opportunities based on performance and business needs.

What You’ll Do

Guest Experience & Sales

  • Welcome and engage guests.
  • Promote seasonal products, experiences, promotions, and special offers.
  • Provide information about attractions, observation deck experiences, landmarks, and points of interest.
  • Assist with ticket purchases, tour reservations, and transaction questions.
  • Address guest concerns professionally.
  • Communicate information clearly to individuals and large groups.

Safety & Operations

  • Monitor guest safety and report concerns to management.
  • Support special events, activations, and peak-period operations.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and appearance standards.
  • Work independently and support team objectives.

What You Bring

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1–2 years of customer service, hospitality, tourism, retail, sales, or guest experience experience preferred.
  • Attraction, observation deck, entertainment, or hospitality destination experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Confident and comfortable approaching guests.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn ticketing/POS systems.
  • Multilingual skills are a plus.
  • Ability to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and assigned shifts.

Physical and Working Requirements

  • Work outdoors in cold, wind, rain, snow, and other seasonal conditions.
  • Stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Bend, kneel, reach, and move throughout the work area.
  • Lift, carry, push, or move materials up to 30 lbs using proper equipment or wheeled carts.
  • Operate computers, tablets, ticketing systems, and/or cash registers.
  • Project your voice effectively in crowded environments.

Compensation: The expected compensation is an estimate, and the final offer will depend on skills, experience, location, and other job-related factors.

Pay Range

$18—$18 USD
