Wir suchen ab sofort eine studentische Assistenz (m/w/d).

DU BIST BEI UNS RICHTIG, WENN

  • Du Student / Studentin (m/w/d) bist.
  • Du eigenverantwortlich, strukturiert und zuverlässig arbeitest.
  • Du offen und klar kommunizierst und gute deutsche Sprachkenntnisse hast.
  • Du unseren Mitarbeitenden empathisch und lösungsorientiert begegnest.
  • Du routiniert mit dem MS Office-Paket umgehst (v.a. Word, aber auch Excel und Outlook).
  • Du Interesse am Thema Presse- und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit hast.

DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Du arbeitest den redaktionellen Branchenteams und dem Team Personal zu.
  • Du verwaltest die Krankmeldungen.
  • Du recherchierst und buchst Seminare / Fortbildungen.
  • Du unterstützt beim Recruiting.
  • Du erstellst, prüfst und legst Dokumente ab (z.B. Zeugnisse, Vereinbarungen usw.).
  • Du bereitest Pressespiegel und Lesehinweise für unsere Kunden auf.
  • Du bearbeitest Bildmaterial.
  • Du übernimmst die Basisrecherche zu verschiedenen Themen.
  • Du qualifizierst Datenmaterial für den Vertrieb und die Redaktion.
  • Du erledigst büroorganisatorische Aufgaben.
  • Du bist hilfsbereite Ansprechperson für alle Branchenteams der Agentur.
  • Du arbeitest als geringfügig Beschäftigte mit 9 Wochenstunden an 2 Tagen die Woche, (Montag bis Freitag).
