Als (Senior) Customer Project Manager (all genders) bist Du für die Planung, Koordination und Überwachung unserer Projekte im Bereich OP- und Belegungsmanagement verantwortlich. Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Kliniken und Partnern zusammen, sowohl auf klinischer als auch IT-Seite, um sicherzustellen, dass die Projekte reibungslos verlaufen. Deine Aufgaben

  • Planung, Koordination und Überwachung von Projekten mit Kunden und Partnern
  • Sicherstellen der erfolgreichen Implementierung der Projekte
  • Verantwortung für die Einhaltung von Projektzielen, Budgets und Zeitplänen
  • Identifizierung von Risiken und Herausforderungen im Projektverlauf und Erarbeitung von Lösungsansätzen
  • Kommunikation mit allen Projektbeteiligten und Nutzern
  • Erstellung von Berichten und Präsentationen
  • Unterstützung des Teams bei der Entwicklung von neuen digitalen Lösungen im Bereich Gesundheitswesen
  • Regelmäßige Kundenbesuche

Dein Profil

  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise aus den Bereichen Medizintechnik, Krankenhaus-Software oder Krankenhaus-IT (ab 3 Jahren)
  • Hervorragende Fähigkeiten in der Organisation und Koordination von Projekten sowie die Fähigkeit, mit einem Team von EntwicklerInnen und anderen internen und externen Stakeholdern zusammenzuarbeiten
  • Tiefes Verständnis für die Bedürfnisse von PatientInnen, ÄrztInnen und anderen Stakeholdern im Gesundheitswesen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse über die digitalen Technologien, die in der Gesundheitsbranche eingesetzt werden, einschließlich der Sicherheits- und Datenschutzbestimmungen.
  • Starke analytische Fähigkeiten, Interpretation und Präsentation von komplexe Daten und Informationen
  • Hohe Affinität für technische Innovationen und Trends und Fähigkeit, diese auf ihre Anwendbarkeit im Gesundheitswesen zu bewerten
  • Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (in Deutsch und Englisch), um effektiv mit KundInnen und anderen GeschäftspartnerInnen zu kommunizieren
  • Bereitschaft zu regelmäßiger Reisetätigkeit
