In Antwerpen zoekt onze partner een Business Analist die operationele continuïteit en digitale paraatheid mee versterkt binnen een dynamische logistieke omgeving.

De verantwoordelijkheden voor deze functie zijn:

  • Je beheert en onderhoudt bedrijfskritische tools (o.a. TMS/FMS) zodat de werking vlot en stabiel blijft.
  • Je realiseert systeemverbeteringen en integraties (intern en extern) en zorgt voor een betrouwbare end-to-end flow.
  • Je ondersteunt bij operationele vragen en incidenten, en bewaart het overzicht in prioriteiten en opvolging.
  • Je begeleidt projectimplementaties en de opstart van nieuwe activiteiten, van voorbereiding tot livegang.
  • Je verzamelt en analyseert informatie via interviews en praktijkobservaties bij medewerkers en managers.
  • Je werkt workflows, specificaties, testscenario's en gebruikersdocumentatie uit, zodat alles helder en overdraagbaar is.
  • Je traint en ondersteunt eindgebruikers, zodat tools en processen effectief worden toegepast.
  • Je werkt samen met interne stakeholders en externe partners om oplossingen gedragen en duurzaam te implementeren.

De vereiste kwalificaties zijn:

  • Je hebt een bachelor (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring) in IT, procesmanagement, bedrijfsbeheer, logistiek of een verwante richting.
  • Je hebt idealiter minstens 2 jaar relevante ervaring in een rol waar analyse, support en implementatie samenkomen.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands én Engels.
  • Je combineert een hands-on mentaliteit met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een professionele samenwerkingstijl.
  • Je hebt (of bouwt snel op) een stevige basis in IT-concepten; kennis van SQL is een plus.
