The posting

De verantwoordelijkheden voor deze functie zijn:

  • Je bewaakt het overzicht van openstaande douane- en compliance-items en zorgt voor een consequente opvolging.
  • Je ondersteunt het team Admin Agents (3 FTE) met administratieve en compliance-gerelateerde taken.
  • Je beheert de compliance mailbox en zorgt voor duidelijke, correcte en tijdige communicatie met betrokken stakeholders.
  • Je ontvangt en registreert douanebrieven en verwerkt deze nauwkeurig in de opvolging.
  • Je voert maandelijkse audits uit op douanedossiers en signaleert ontbrekende documenten, afwijkingen of risico's.
  • Je monitort dagelijkse exitbevestigingen voor luchtvracht en onderneemt actie bij uitzonderingen.
  • Je volgt openstaande T1- en exportdocumenten op en werkt deze gestructureerd weg.
  • Je controleert en rapporteert over douane-entrepot / tijdelijke opslag en ondersteunt bij klantenrapporten (wekelijks/maandelijks).
  • Je blijft mee met nieuwe douanewetgeving en vertaalt nieuwe vereisten naar praktische acties in de opvolging.
  • Je ondersteunt in Data Management en Denied Party Screening en je controleert relevante event codes in het interne systeem.
  • Je springt bij wanneer er na de werkuren ondersteuning nodig is (wanneer vereist).

De vereiste kwalificaties zijn:

  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring met PLDA / NCTS / EDMS / IDMS (input en/of operationele opvolging).
  • Je hebt minstens 6 maanden ervaring binnen ocean/air import & export (operations/industriecontext).
  • Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Je werkt uiterst nauwkeurig en hebt een sterke aandacht voor detail in documentatie en compliance.
  • Je hebt een uitgesproken sense of urgency en kan prioriteiten leggen wanneer er veel dossiers tegelijk lopen.
  • Je bent administratief sterk en houdt van structuur, duidelijke acties en correcte registratie.
  • Je blijft efficiënt en helder in je communicatie, ook onder stress.
  • Je bent vlot met MS Office en digitale tools.
  • Je bent leergierig en gemotiveerd om je kennis in douane en compliance verder uit te bouwen.
