The posting

Wil jij jouw ervaring en talent inzetten in een uitdagende en groeiende omgeving? Wij zoeken momenteel een HR Payroll Officer voor onze partner in de omgeving van Temse.

De verantwoordelijkheden voor deze functie zijn:

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor alle HR vragen van medewerkers en zorgt voor een feilloze personeelsadministratie.
  • Je staat in voor correcte salarisverwerking en ondersteunt bij loonafsluiting.
  • Je bent mede verantwoordelijk voor de toepassing van sociale wetgeving en sectoraal akkoord.
  • Je beheert nauwkeurig de personeelsdossiers en voert de gegevens in de HR software (AFAS).
  • Je coördineert de onboarding en offboarding processen van nieuwe medewerkers.
  • Je werkt actief mee aan de uitrol van het HR-beleid, procedures en rapporteringssystemen.

De vereiste kwalificaties zijn:

  • Je hebt relevante ervaring in verschillende HR topics en beschikt over een positieve mindset.
  • Je hebt een proactieve werkhouding en een sterk georganiseerd takenpakket.
  • Je bent gestructureerd en kan snel schakelen in een dynamische werkomgeving.
  • Je bent in staat om zelfstandig taken uit te voeren en denkt altijd na over verbeteringen.
  • Je hebt een goede communicatievaardigheid en bent vloeiend in Nederlands en hebt een basiskennis Frans.
  • Je hebt minstens drie tot vijf jaar ervaring in een HR of payroll omgeving en bent bekend met sociale wetgeving.
