Als Tech Transformation Consultant (w/m/x) bei SQUER bist du Teil spannender Software-Transformationsprojekte – von Product Discovery über die Begleitung des agilen Softwareentwicklungsprozesses bis hin zur Product Ownership. Dein Fokus liegt darauf, optimale Bedingungen für deine Entwicklungsteams zu schaffen, damit sie ihr volles Potenzial entfalten können. Du arbeitest eng mit wichtigen Stakeholdern zusammen und bringst innovative Konzepte und Lösungen direkt zu unseren Kund:innen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Teil von SQUER zu sein bedeutet, Team Lead, Vorbild und aktiver Mitgestalter unseres Unternehmens zu sein.
  • Du bist eine starke Kommunikationspersönlichkeit und sorgst für effektive Zusammenarbeit in cross-funktionalen Teams, zwischen Stakeholdern und mit unseren Kund:innen.
  • Du berätst rund um Prozessveränderungen im Bereich Softwareentwicklung, Release-Prozesse und organisatorische Weiterentwicklung.
  • Du begleitest den gesamten Entwicklungsprozess aktiv und findest sowie implementierst Lösungen mit dem höchsten Mehrwert – mit dem Ziel, Transformation messbar voranzutreiben.
  • Du verstehst die Bedürfnisse, Herausforderungen und Wünsche unserer Kund:innen tiefgreifend und entwickelst daraus passgenaue Lösungen, die wirklich begeistern.
  • Du bringst ein gutes technisches Verständnis mit, kommunizierst auf Augenhöhe mit Engineers und triffst fundierte technische Entscheidungen.
  • Anstatt als Einzelkämpfer:in zu agieren, teilst du dein Wissen gerne im Team – als Sparringspartner:in und Coach.

Deine Qualifikationen

  • Du hast Erfahrung in agilen Softwareprojekten und brennst dafür, Softwareteams in all ihren Disziplinen zu begleiten.
  • Du bringst ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie Erfahrung im Stakeholder- und Beziehungsmanagement mit.
  • Analytisches Denken und Lösungsorientierung zählen zu deinen größten Stärken.
  • Du kennst Lean- und Agile-Frameworks und hast fundiertes Know-how in Requirements Engineering oder Product Discovery.
  • Du erkennst schnell Herausforderungen und verstehst, welche Bedürfnisse dahinter liegen.
  • Du nutzt bereits aktiv KI-gestützte Tools (zB Code assistants, LLM-basierte workflows), um deine Produktivität und Effizienz zu steigern - oder du möchtest gerne damit beginnen.
  • Du kommunizierst fließend auf Deutsch und Englisch.

Wir glauben an transparente und faire Bezahlung. Für diese Rolle ist ein Jahresbruttogehalt zwischen € 75.000 und € 95.000 vorgesehen – die genaue Einordnung hängt von der Senioritätsstufe ab, die wir gemeinsam im Laufe des Prozesses ermitteln.
