ABOUT THIS ROLE

YOUR CRAFT (Job Duties & Responsibilities)

  • Develop and manage end-to-end project plans for cross-functional initiatives
  • Define project scope, success criteria, and deliverables, while minimizing scope creep throughout project execution
  • Create, update, and maintain project timelines for cross-functional initiatives
  • Proactively manage and mitigate project-level risks to ensure project success
  • Establish and maintain communication channels to regularly report on project status to key stakeholders, including executive leadership
  • Plan, coordinate, and document lessons learned from projects upon closeout to drive actionable improvements for future projects
  • Leverage best practices to continuously improve project management methodologies
  • Support PMO leadership team in rolling out and developing PMO processes, templates, and best practices across the organization

YOUR FOUNDATION (Experience & Skills)

  • 5+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a related cross-functional role
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Agile, Kanban, and Waterfall, with the ability to flex methodologies depending on business needs
  • Experience with project management software, such as Asana, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project
  • Strong communicator with the ability to clearly articulate project updates to a variety of stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Must be based in Buenos Aires
  • Availability to work on-site in our office in CABA two days a week (Tuesdays and Thursdays)
