The posting

Your primary responsibility will be to provide professional support to our customers. Working closely with the Garden Centre Manager to help the business to succeed. Seasonal: 21 November 2026 until 24 December 2026

Rota: Every Saturday 21 November - 19 December 07:45-16:30 Every Sunday 22 November - 20 December 08:45-16:30

Plus additional days required: Wednesday 18 November for charity launch event, hours to be discussed at interview if applicable Monday 1 and 7 December 08:30-12:30 Monday 21, Tuesday 22, Wednesday 23 09:00-16:30 with Thursday 24 December hours to be discussed at interview

Main duties and responsibilities: Provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone by:

Ensuring all customers are greeted and offered assistance Handling customer queries courteously and efficiently Identifying customer needs through interaction, and taking appropriate action

To be successful in this role, we are looking for people:
