Your primary responsibility will be to provide professional support to our customers. Working closely with the Garden Centre Manager to help the business to succeed.

Seasonal: 16 November 2026 until 24 December 2026

Rota: Position 1 - Monday 11:00-15:00, Wednesday 11:00-15:00, Friday 11:00-15:00 and Saturday 10:00-18:00 Position 2 - Sunday 10:00-17:30, Tuesday 11:00-15:00, Thursday 11:00-15:00 and Friday 11:00-15:00 Position 3 - Tuesday 14:00-18:00, Wednesday 14:00-18:00, Thursday 14:00-18:00 and Saturday 10:00-18:00 Main duties and responsibilities:

Provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone by: Ensuring all customers are greeted and offered assistance Handling customer queries courteously and efficiently Identifying customer needs through interaction, and taking appropriate action Excellent standards of merchandising and housekeeping are established and maintained in accordance with company guidelines
