Operativ chef till Pickmix Candy Sweden Pickmix Candy Sweden är ett växande e-handelsföretag med försäljning i Sverige och internationellt. Vi söker nu en operativ chef som vill ta ett övergripande ansvar för den dagliga verksamheten och vara med och utveckla företaget framåt. Om tjänsten Som operativ chef får du en central roll i företaget med ansvar för att planera, samordna och utveckla det dagliga arbetet. Du arbetar nära företagets ägare och är delaktig i både den löpande verksamheten och planeringen av företagets framtid. Rollen är bred och varierande med arbetsuppgifter inom bland annat: Daglig drift, planering och uppföljning av verksamheten. Inköp, lagerhantering och leverantörskontakter. Samordning och löpande kommunikation med våra lagerpartners på fem olika platser. E-handel, produktpublicering och utveckling av våra försäljningskanaler. Planering och genomförande av kampanjer och marknadsföringsaktiviteter. Personalansvar, arbetsledning och uppföljning i nära samarbete med vår teamledare. Kundkommunikation och löpande administration.

Du får ett övergripande ansvar för vårt team på åtta personer och arbetar nära oss som ägare med att leda och utveckla verksamheten. Vem söker vi? Vi söker dig som är ansvarstagande, strukturerad och har ett genuint engagemang för ditt arbete. Du är självgående, lösningsorienterad och har lätt för att samarbeta. Du trivs med att ta egna initiativ, fatta beslut och hantera varierande arbetsuppgifter. Du behöver ha god datorvana, vara bekväm med digitala verktyg och kunna kommunicera väl på både svenska och engelska. Tidigare erfarenhet av e-handel, inköp, marknadsföring eller arbetsledning är meriterande men inget krav. För oss väger personlig lämplighet, engagemang och ett gott samarbete tungt. Vad erbjuder vi?
