  • Hands-on experience with test plans, test procedures, verification/validation activities, and integration workflows
  • Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages for test automation, data processing, or test framework development
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced engineering environment, navigating complex technical challenges
  • Experience with test automation software, tools, or frameworks

Ways to Stand Out

  • Experience with radar systems, electronic warfare (EW), or related defense technologies
  • Knowledge of Positioning, Navigation & Timing (PNT) concepts
  • Familiarity with Model‑Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies
  • Exposure to development and workflow tools such as JIRA, Bamboo, Confluence, and SharePoint

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
