Die Abteilung Medienmanagement der SRG sucht per Dezember 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung infolge eines internen Wechsels des bisherigen Stelleninhabers eine neue Mediensprecherin bzw. einen neuen Mediensprecher mit Schwerpunkt auf Unternehmens- und Programm-Themen aus der Deutschschweiz.

In dieser Funktion tragen Sie zum Verständnis und der Wahrnehmung des Service-public-Auftrags der SRG bei und übernehmen folgende Aufgaben:

  • Sie entwickeln und pflegen enge Beziehungen zu Medienschaffenden, sind erste Ansprechperson bei Medienanfragen und organisieren Medienkonferenzen
  • Sie sind für die aktive Medienarbeit in unterschiedlichen Projekten verantwortlich, koordinieren Interviews und unterstützen und begleiten Führungskräfte der SRG sowie SRF-Moderationspersonen
  • Sie stellen das Reputationsmonitoring in den Medien der Deutschschweiz sicher. Sie beobachten die Berichterstattung, analysieren aktuelle Entwicklungen und teilen Ihre Einschätzungen innerhalb des Unternehmens
  • Sie erarbeiten und verantworten die Kommunikationsmassnahmen für externe Zielgruppen in verschiedenen Projekten der SRG, einschliesslich sportbezogener Themen, und sind für die Steuerung und Veröffentlichung der medienrelevanten Kommunikation zu den SRF-Programmen zuständig
  • Sie arbeiten im Corporate Newsroom mit und übernehmen dort verschiedene Aufgaben gemäss einem festgelegten Turnus, insbesondere jene als Chef:in vom Dienst (CvD). In dieser Rolle koordinieren und verantworten Sie die täglichen Kommunikationsmassnahmen über sämtliche Kanäle hinweg

  • Sie verfügen über einen Hochschulabschluss oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung und haben Erfahrung in den Bereichen Kommunikation und Medienarbeit sowie in der Leitung bereichsübergreifender Projekte und Teams
  • Sie weisen fundierte Kenntnisse der Medienlandschaft und der Unternehmenskommunikation, der audiovisuellen Produktion sowie der SRG auf
  • Muttersprache Deutsch, sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Kenntnisse einer zweiten Landessprache
  • Sie haben eine sehr gute Allgemeinbildung, ein Interesse am Sport ist von Vorteil
  • Sie können komplexe Themen rasch und zielgruppengerecht aufbereiten
  • Sie verfügen über eine ausgeprägte Qualitäts- und Dienstleistungsorientierung, sind belastbar und flexibel
