Der Bereich Operationen übernimmt die zentrale strategische und steuernde Rolle für die technologische Ausrichtung und die Produktion der SRG SSR. Das Team ERP Dispo stellt den zuverlässigen Betrieb und die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der zentralen Dispo-Systemlandschaft mit VimBiz sicher.

Als Product Owner ERP Dispo definieren und priorisieren Sie gemeinsam mit dem Product Manager die Weiterentwicklung des Produkts. Dabei verbinden Sie die Bedürfnisse der Fachbereiche mit den strategischen Zielen und stellst gemeinsam mit dem Team einen effizienten und zuverlässigen Betrieb sicher.

Im Bereich Operationen engagieren Sie sich als Product Owner im Produkteteam ERP Dispo für folgende Themen:

  • Ausrichtung der Weiterentwicklung und des Betriebs von VimBiz an der Produktstrategie, den Geschäftsanforderungen und den Bedürfnissen der Anwenderinnen und Anwender
  • Klärung der Anforderungen mit den Fachbereichen und weiteren Stakeholdern sowie Übersetzung in umsetzbare, priorisierte Einträge im Product Backlog
  • Gemeinsame Gestaltung und klare Kommunikation von Produktvision, Zielen und Roadmap in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Product Manager
  • Fachliche Steuerung der Umsetzung sowie Koordination der Iterationsplanung, Abnahmen, Releases und Deployments mit dem Team und externen Partnern
  • Sicherstellung einer effizienten Bearbeitung von Service Requests, Incidents, Problems und Changes gemeinsam mit dem Team sowie Einhaltung der vereinbarten Service Levels
  • Koordination von Schnittstellen und Abhängigkeiten zu angrenzenden Systemen und Teams sowie kontinuierliche Verbesserung des Produkts und der betrieblichen Abläufe

Damit begeistern Sie uns ####

  • Fundierte Berufserfahrung im Umfeld von ERP- oder Dispositionssystemen sowie Verständnis für Dispositions- und Ressourcenplanungsprozesse; Kenntnisse von vimbiz sind von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in der Priorisierung und Steuerung von Produkten oder Services sowie im Product Backlog Management
  • Kenntnisse im Management von Service Requests, Incidents, Problems und Changes sowie in der Release- und Deployment-Koordination
  • Starke Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten sowie Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen, Engineers und externen Partnern
  • Kundenorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Verständnis für Governance- und Qualitätsanforderungen sowie Motivation zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung entlang des gesamten Produktlebenszyklus
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse einer Landessprache sowie Deutsch oder Französisch auf mindestens Niveau B1; Englischkenntnisse auf mindestens Niveau B1 sind von Vorteil
