Il team ERP Dispo garantisce il funzionamento affidabile e lo sviluppo continuo del panorama dei sistemi di pianificazione e disposizione, con VimBiz quale soluzione centrale. In qualità di Product Owner ERP Dispo, definisci e stabilisci insieme al Product Manager le priorità per l'evoluzione del prodotto. Colleghi le esigenze dei settori specialistici agli obiettivi strategici e, insieme al team, assicuri un esercizio efficiente e affidabile.

Mansioni ####

Nel settore Operazioni, in qualità di Product Owner del team di prodotto ERP Dispo, ti occupi dei seguenti temi:

  • Allineare lo sviluppo e la gestione operativa di VimBiz alla strategia di prodotto, ai requisiti aziendali e alle esigenze delle persone che lo utilizzano
  • Chiarire i requisiti con i settori specialistici e gli altri stakeholder e tradurli in elementi attuabili e prioritizzati del Product Backlog
  • Definire congiuntamente e comunicare con chiarezza la visione del prodotto, gli obiettivi e la roadmap, in stretta collaborazione con il Product Manager
  • Guidare l'implementazione dal punto di vista funzionale e coordinare con il team e i partner esterni la pianificazione delle iterazioni, le accettazioni, i rilasci e i deployment
  • Assicurare insieme al team la gestione efficiente di Service Request, Incident, Problem e Change e il rispetto dei livelli di servizio concordati
  • Coordinare le interfacce e le dipendenze con i sistemi e i team collegati e migliorare continuamente il prodotto e i processi operativi

Requisiti ####

  • Solida esperienza professionale nell'ambito dei sistemi ERP o di disposizione, nonché comprensione dei processi di pianificazione delle risorse e delle attività; la conoscenza di VimBiz costituisce un vantaggio
  • Esperienza nella definizione delle priorità e nella gestione di prodotti o servizi, nonché nella gestione del Product Backlog
  • Conoscenze nella gestione di Service Request, Incident, Problem e Change e nel coordinamento di release e deployment
  • Spiccate capacità comunicative e di moderazione, nonché esperienza nella collaborazione con settori specialistici, engineer e partner esterni
  • Approccio strutturato e orientato alla clientela, comprensione dei requisiti di governance e qualità e motivazione a migliorare continuamente l'intero ciclo di vita del prodotto
  • Ottima conoscenza di una lingua nazionale e conoscenza del tedesco o del francese almeno a livello B1; la conoscenza dell'inglese almeno a livello B1 costituisce un vantaggio
