Le domaine Ressources humaines, géré au niveau national, est responsable des affaires du personnel de l'ensemble de la SSR et en assure la gestion. Les Ressources humaines accompagnent les collaborateur.trices de la SSR dans toutes les questions relatives au personnel, proposent une offre moderne de formation initiale et continue, et répondent de la mise en œuvre globale de processus-clés modernes.

Votre mission ####

  • Assurer le management hiérarchique et fonctionnel de l'équipe de vente Suisse romande (3 collaborateurs·trices) dédiée au sponsoring radio et TV
  • Assumer la responsabilité du chiffre d'affaires et du budget aux niveaux régional et national, conformément aux objectifs fixés dans le domaine du sponsoring radio et TV
  • Elaborer et mettre en œuvre la stratégie de vente et de développement du marché, incluant la planification des mesures commerciales et des activités de prospection structurées aux niveaux régional et national
  • Développer le chiffre d'affaires et entretenir les relations avec les clients et les agences, assurer une acquisition systématique de nouveaux clients et concevoir des offres personnalisées répondant à leurs besoins
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les interfaces internes et les partenaires externes
  • Établir les prévisions de ventes, les reportings ainsi que les offres et présentations adaptées aux clients

Votre profil ####

  • Solides compétences commerciales sur l'ensemble du cycle de vente (sales funnel), avec une excellente compréhension des besoins clients et des opportunités de développement
  • Plusieurs années d'expérience dans une fonction dirigeante au sein des ventes dans le secteur des médias
  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en présentation permettant de conduire avec aisance les entretiens clients, les négociations, les événements et les actions de marché
  • Très bonnes capacités d'organisation et de coordination, notamment dans la planification et la mise en œuvre d'actions commerciales, d'événements clients et de communication marché
  • Réseau professionnel développé et excellente aptitude à construire et entretenir des relations de confiance
  • Bonnes à très bonnes connaissances d'au moins deux langues nationales ; la maîtrise de l'anglais constitue un atout
