Das bewirken Sie bei uns

In dieser verantwortungsvollen Funktion unterstützen Sie die Stationsleitung aktiv bei der Führung und Förderung der rund 25 engagierten Mitarbeitenden. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Stationsleitung, der Berufsbildung und Fachexpertise sichern und entwickeln Sie eine qualitativ hochstehende Pflege unter Berücksichtigung der betriebswirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen und den Zielen der Akutpflege. Sie führen Neuerungen und Entwicklungsprojekte gemeinsam mit dem Leitungsteam der Abteilung ein, begleiten diese zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung. In Ihrer Funktion bringen sie viel Eigenverantwortung und eine hohe Selbstständigkeit in der täglichen Entscheidungsfindung mit. Zudem übernehmen Sie die Geräte\- und Materialverantwor\-tung auf der Abteilung. Nebst den abwechslungsreichen Führungsaufgaben unterstützen Sie in der direkten Patientenpflege und übernehmen die Tagesverantwortung.

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Sie sind eine Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH mit fundierter Berufserfahrung
  • Sie bringen erste Erfahrungen mit Führungsaufgaben und/oder bereits absolvierte Führungsweiterbildungen mit
  • Sie haben den Mut und den , neue und unkonventionelle Wege zu gehen
  • Sie haben eine hohe Organisationsfähigkeit, sind flexibel und belastbar
  • Sie zeichnen sich durch ihre Leistungsbereitschaft und Ihren Sinn für betriebswirtschaftliches Denken aus
  • Sie überzeugen durch hohe Sozialkompetenz, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Sie arbeiten konstruktiv mit anderen Berufsgruppen zusammen
