Position Summary

SRS Acquiom administers the distribution of merger proceeds to selling shareholders through Clearinghouse, our proprietary online experience. We are expanding the ways shareholders can put those proceeds to work — starting with a simple, low-risk cash and money market offering delivered through third-party partners, directly inside the Clearinghouse flow.

We are looking for a Service Product Manager and Partner Manager to own this offering: imagining the art of the possible of how we could holistically approach this, shaping the service and partner strategy, sourcing and managing partners, and partnering with Product & Design on continued research as well as carrying forward everything we have learned about the optimal user experience for what shareholders need to see value in an offering like this. This person is the guardian of our standards and the shareholder experience and will work closely with product, design and engineering to ensure potential partners can meet our desired experience and integration for a successful building of the experience to drive as much value for the company out of this offering as possible. This person will be commercially minded and partner-friendly, able to build strong, collaborative relationships with partners while keeping SRS Acquiom's criteria and the shareholder experience firmly in focus – and bringing the judgement and influence to align partners around the experience we want to create together.

Location: This position is either hybrid out of our Denver, CO office or a fully remote position from within the Continental United States.

If the candidate selected lives within a 20-mile radius of our downtown Denver office, they will be classified as a hybrid employee and beginning September 8, 2026, working one day per week in office is expected. Beginning February 1, 2027, two days per week in the office will be expected.

If the candidate selected lives outside a 20-mile radius the Denver office, they will be classified as a fully remote employee and in-person onsite visits to the Denver headquarters will be required on average three times per year.

Compensation: The hourly range for this position is between $75.00 and $125.00, depending on experience level. This is a contract role.

Primary Responsibilities

Drive the service and partner strategy and evaluation

  • Quickly learn and organize documentation, data and learnings on the current vision and strategy for SRS Acquiom's enhanced payment alternative offering and where it’s headed next.
  • Own the partner lifecycle end to end: strategy, sourcing, evaluation (including running RFPs and screeners), selection, negotiation, onboarding, performance management, and renewal or replacement.
  • Partner with the CFO (executive sponsor), Product & Design, and PMO to periodically review and refine that strategy, evaluate new opportunities for fit, and build the business case, project plan, and success metrics.
  • Coordinate diligence and product demos with prospective partners and validate options against SRS Acquiom's criteria and the shareholder experience.
  • Manage delivery of new partnerships — timelines, budget, and resources — and develop the processes to operationalize pilots and launches to market.

Protect the learnings, criteria, and experience

  • Act as the steward of SRS Acquiom's strategy and standards, championing our criteria for an optimal shareholder experience and seamless implementation and in every partner conversation and decision.
  • Keep the shareholder experience front and center — advocating for fully digital account opening that reuses already entered data, low account opening minimums, compelling rates, efficient partner review cycles, low administrative burden on SRS Acquiom and UX copy driven by the design team for optimal adoption.
  • Own a clear evaluation framework (a lightweight product lifecycle / stage-gate) that moves partners through cross-functional review and approval in a consistent, repeatable way.
  • Capture and codify what we learn (from this offering and the existing pilot) into durable requirements, playbooks, and evaluation tools, so institutional knowledge is retained and informs every future decision.

Partner with Clearinghouse Product & Design

  • Partner closely with the Clearinghouse product and design team, who own the user experience, to integrate partner offerings into the existing flow seamlessly and to a high experience bar.
  • Work with the Clearinghouse product and design team to understand existing shareholder experiences, personas, and data, identify synergies with the new offering, and ensure strategic alignment and a smooth handoff wherever a new potential partner fits into the existing applications.
  • Represent the voice of the shareholder with the Clearinghouse teams' learnings throughout, ensuring the end-to-end journey stays simple, fast, and trustworthy.

Work cross-functionally, measure, and communicate

  • Serve as the connective tissue across Finance, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and Operations — aligning stakeholders, unblocking issues, and keeping the initiative moving quickly.
  • Work with Legal and Compliance to structure partner relationships appropriately and to keep review cycles efficient, and with Marketing on shareholder-facing messaging that is clear, compliant, and on-brand.
  • Develop and maintain adoption, conversion, and operational metrics, using quantitative and qualitative data to validate what is working and to know when to adjust the strategy.
  • Keep the CFO, leadership, and internal stakeholders informed of strategy, goals, roadmap, and progress relevant to their roles.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 3-5 years of Service product management experience — a demonstrated track record managing service-based products or offerings (not solely software features), including partner- or vendor-delivered services.
  • Proven ability to drive strategy and execution end to end, from concept through launch and scale, with clear ownership of outcomes.
  • Strong commercial and business acumen: comfortable with business cases, economics, terms, and negotiating with partners.
  • Excellent partner and stakeholder management — partner-friendly and relationship-oriented, yet able to hold a firm line and persuade others to meet a high standard.
  • Clear and concise communication, value and outcome focused
  • Experience collaborating closely with product and design teams and translating customer needs into requirements.

Desired Characteristics

  • Direct or close collaboration with user research
  • Collaborative
  • Detail-oriented
  • Naturally curious
  • Thoughtful communicator
  • Self-motivated and directed
  • Empathetic
  • Craves feedback

Physical Requirements/Special Demands

  • Must be able to work standard business hours, with occasional schedule flexibility to support participant research sessions
  • Travel may be necessary, up to 10% of year

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
