1. 学历背景 • 985高校或同级别海外知名大学本科及以上学历，金融、经济、法律、工程相关专业硕士或MBA； • 拥有海外留学或工作背景优先。 2. 工作经验 • 3-5年资产投资及管理、投行、或新能源资产投资经验； • 国际资产管理公司、外资商业地产/基建基金、外资投行经验优先； • 有东南亚、中东、大洋洲、日本的工作或项目经验优先。 3. 工作技能 • 熟练掌握投资分析工具及财务模型，PPT及Excel能力强； • 对海外新能源市场有理解，熟悉海外行业趋势与政策法规； • 能快速建立对国际顶级LP的认知，并独立推进对接沟通工作； • 中英文沟通能力强，能快速理解和处理跨文化工作环境中的需求。 4. 其他要求 • 性格外向，拥有很强的抗压能力、团队协作能力及解决问题的能力； • 强烈的责任心、自驱力、和创业精神，愿意挑战新业务和新的市场环境。
