1、项目及合作方业务资源获取、各项目投资收益率的测算及分析、交易并购方案设计、项目流程推进及投后运营管理、交易市场行情调研；按上级要求对拟投项目进行投资分析、测算、筛查、评价； 2、制定投资管理流程，财务分析与估值模型； 持续优化交易流程及标准，推动制度建立和完善； 3、进行行业政策收集及分析研究； 4、维护支持业务的数据库、项目管理看板及流程推进看板，有效提升管理效率； 5、投资价值性评价，运营和投资计划间的偏差分析，提出改善举措，优化投资立项值； 6、项目投后运营监督管理和评价；客户关系维护；投资文档的归档整理;

1、研究生及以上学历； 2、3年以上光伏或其他投资类公司工作经验,具有较强的财务分析、报告撰写能力;具有较强的书面及现场报告能力； 3、有一定财务、法务基础，能进行项目收益率测算，合同拟定,熟练掌握各类办公软件，包括较好的PPT制作功底；文字功底扎实，具备法律及合同审查相关经验； 4、有较强的沟通能力和分析能力；有较好的系统思维和逻辑思维，善于发现并总结经验，拥有快速的响应能力、团队合作能力，能吃苦耐劳，有责任心； 5、有新能源行业投资经验或CPA、CFA相关证书优先； 6、有会计师事务所、投资等相关从业经验者优先，3年以上券商、基金、银行等金融对公客户相关工作经历或1年以上光伏交易经验优先。
