1、根据公司年度开发目标，组织协调一切资源，积极执行公司开发任务目标，开展项目前期开发工作；负责新能源开发项目的资源调查及投资论证，获取开发权； 2、负责组织开展新能源项目前期工作，获取项目前期支持性文件，负责公司光伏项目前期资源管理及开拓，推进公司光伏项目前期运作、建设及后期运营等，带领团队确保项目按时间节点高质量完成； 3、负责牵头履行项目立项、项目可行性研究报告审查、投资决策等审批程序，组织开展相应文件编制、报审工作； 4、负责统筹协调内外资源，确保光伏、储能项目的前期尽调、实地踏勘、投资开发协议、房屋租赁、电网消纳、项目备案、项目合作方对接、项目实施、项目并网验收、项目交接等重要节点工作； 5、熟悉国内风电、光伏资源政策和资源分布情况，及时关注市场政策动态，有效提出应对方案，并能迅速建立区域内政府各相关机关、电力公司、设计院等关系；开拓及维护项目所在地合作方关系； 6、负责区域政策法规及竞争对手信息获取、整理加工和分析，指导业务推进和拓展，并为上级领导决策提供依据和合理化建议； 7、指导所辖区域开发人员筛选长期合作伙伴，开发优质屋顶资源；积极主动拓展和维护客户关系； 8、完成公司领导及部门负责人安排的其他工作。

1、本科及以上学历； 2、具有6年及以上新能源行业（风电、光伏、储能等）工作经历； 3、具备近2年以上项目前期开发经验，有较丰富的政府相关资源，有项目实操核准或备案经验；在区域有一定的政企资源，自主开发过相关项目； 4、熟悉电力行业的国家和地方政策，掌握风电、光伏、储能等新能源项目的开发流程； 5、能够服从公司安排，适应长期驻项目所在地工作，具有良好的团队精神，忠于企业，勇于担当，拥有与公司共进退的荣誉感和责任感； 6、具有江苏省或安徽省地方资源者优先，有较好的团队管理经验者优先，拥有较强的资源整合能力； 7. 具备良好的沟通与协调能力，计划与组织能力,愿意接受挑战； 8. 有复合型夸领域项目开发、投资、政府公关等从业经验者优先考虑。
