1.1. International Routing

a. Cargo flow: Shipment arrangement through logistics system (such as ILS / OTM) for timely delivery as per need-date or project schedule by communication with different roles like Buyer, Supplier, LSP, Project manager, etc. for outbound and inbound flow.

b. Communication Flow: Timely troubleshooting during shipment movement by collaboration with internal & external parties actively whenever there might be shipment delay. Customer service to customers regarding to shipment plans /status /issues/solutions.

c. System: Correctly and timely logistics system update by proactively collecting the shipment data from LSP as well as other parties and ensure data quality and integrity and provide necessary guidance to suppliers on system usage by leveraging helpdesk.

d. Right docs collection to send timely handoffs to different destination team to ensure seamless hand-over.

e. Ensure the shipment release to follow Customer’s logistics sourcing strategy.

f. Support logistics quality improvement by timely record in NC system for any nonconformance at transactional level.

g. Support logistics damage claim by initiating claim request as well as collecting necessary shipping docs, arranging shipment return when required.

h. Projected Volume

International shipment - 80 shipments per month.

1.2. Domestic Routing

Overall ownership of all aspects of freight routing within the scope of the P&W India LEC to include, but not limited to:

a. Routing - Receive information about availability of material, goods, products (predominately factory inbound, factory outbound, Customer’s assets, material shipped direct and limited project freight) within the scope of the Logistics Center of Excellence and to be transported at the Customer’s Power business risk and cost from the Company's or other locations (suppliers, clients, other parties) via Customer’s own logistics or planning systems or other means (e-mail, fax).

Analyze all key characteristics (weight. dims, origin, destination, delivery need dates, time available). select the most optimal transportation method & service in terms of cost. cycle time, and risk. Manage premium cost approval process.

Place transportation orders with LSPs (logistics service providers) as per the rates and conditions stated in the Company's contracts with the LSPs approved and contracted by the Company.

Interact with Customer’s Customs COE, other pole LECs, approved Brokers and/or Freight Forwarders providing and /or supporting to get all required information and documentation as needed for customs clearance for international shipments (import and export), following Customer’s Customs COE directions and guidelines where applicable. Routing scope also includes assigning marine surveyors as per the rules and process provided by the Company.

b. Track and trace shipment status from pick-up to the final delivery, update the Company's systems with the scheduled and actual pick-up and delivery dates.

The Supplier's personnel to utilize different sources of shipment status information such as LSP EDls to Company's logistics systems, LSP status tracking files, other LSP e-mail/ phone/ website information.

c. Support logistics damage claim by initiating claim request as well as collecting necessary shipping docs, arranging shipment return when need.

d. Facilitate the timely payment by working with Freight Payment Center, engaging business/operation/service providers for resolution.

e. Projected Volume

• Inbound shipments - 40 shipments per month.

• Domestic outbound shipment - 40 shipments per month.

1.3. Other Services

a. Support New Initiatives like new system implementation, new carriers / P&Ls /procedure launching.

b. Responsible for each claim case by collaborating with different teams such as routers, insurance rep. suppliers, etc. with the global claim procedure.

c. Facilitate the timely payment by working with global Freight Payment Center, engaging business/operation/service providers for resolution.

d. Train the LSP on Freight Audit process in India region.

e. Provide the IPS report to P&L by working with IPS local team.

f. Troubleshooting on freight audit procedure when docs missing or new requirement emerging by working with IPS and Customer.

1. DELIVERABLES: Service Provider shall deliver the following Deliverables:

a. Execution: Operationally, ensure shipment high standard on-time pick-up and OTO for Customer’s businesses as well as logistics customers' CTQs effectiveness and efficiency.

b. Customer Service: Maintain high level customer service focus to meet Customer’s internal and external customers' expectation on logistics operation excellence.

c. Compliance: Comply with Customer required processes including but not limited to Logistics sourcing, operation, quality, documentation etc.; comply with logistics industrial rules/regulations/practice to deliver sustainable logistics service to the businesses.

d. Reporting /Analyzing/improving provide high standard data reporting and analysis and drive continuous improvement in Logistics related functions to LCOE and Customer businesses.

e. Maintain internal work instructions to enable completion of SOW services and furnish qualified and trained resources skilled in using equipment, software/applications, standard business concepts, and role-specific work procedures.

f. Supplier must be able to demonstrate proof that each requirement has been documented as a standard work procedure. Supplier will also be required to demonstrate evidence of compliance to those procedures by all Supplier Personnel.

g. Comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, shared by Company and policies and procedures agreed in MSA.

h. Meet contractual obligations set forth in SOW to the extent shared by Company.

i. Generate reporting to include monthly billing data by the seventh business day of each month and productivity reports based on mutually agreed metric requirements.

j. Establish regular metric review meetings as agreed by Company and Supplier.

k. Achieve performance targets established in mutually agreed metric requirements.
