Revenue Operations Coordinator II Position Overview The Revenue Operations Coordinator II supports cash office operations at their location, assisting with daily reconciliation, HQ financial reporting, vendor coordination, and cash-handling training delivery. Where the Revenue & People Operations Supervisor is unavailable, the Revenue Operations Coordinator II may temporarily cover routine cash office tasks. This role operates through direct execution of established processes, with no supervisory or personnel responsibility — those decisions remain with the supervisor or General Manager. Responsibilities Cash Office Support & Reconciliation This role performs the daily hands-on work of cash office support and reconciliation, following established procedures under the Supervisor's direction.
Support cash office operations by assisting with daily reconciliation, reporting, and vendor coordination tasks under the direction of the Revenue & People Operations Supervisor, Unit Revenue Manager, or General Manager Assist with daily cash office operations and HQ reporting. Assist with all major reporting, including Petty Cash, OSCR, Gross Sales Report, OFR, Trial Balance Reports, Invoicing, PCI, Fintech, and Sales by Stand Support administration of HQ Accounts Payable software and related transmissions and reports Help ensure fiscal deadlines are met to HQ Assist with trend reports, graphs, and analytical information as requested by the Supervisor or General Manager
Vendor & Cash Handling Support This role supports vendor coordination and cash-handling training delivery under management direction.
Contact vendors to reconcile invoice discrepancies, shortages, or over shipments, or to arrange emergency shipments or requisitions Assist with new employee cash handling and POS orientation, in partnership with the Management team and Supervisor Assist in delivering cash handling training programs to employees as needed Document and communicate discrepancies to the office and Management team regarding employee accountabilities
Administrative & Site Support This role provides general administrative and cash-office coverage support, stepping in on routine tasks when the Supervisor is unavailable, without assuming supervisory or personnel decision-making authority.
Provide branch administrative support, including answering telephones and word processing Support storage systems, policies, and procedures to maximize efficient use of space in warehousing operations In the absence of the Revenue & People Operations Supervisor, help cover essential day-to-day cash office tasks, escalating any personnel or non-routine matters to the General Manager In the absence of other on-site administrative roles (People or Financial), help cover essential administrative functions as needed Communicate quickly and effectively with the SSA HQ Team, Office Team, client, and on-site Management Team

Education & Experience
2–3 years of cash handling experience Prior administrative support and/or cash room experience a plus Experience with Office 365 — Outlook, Teams, Excel, SharePoint ServSafe or Food Handling Certification a plus Strong organizational and follow-through skills, with an interest in growing into a supervisory role All educational backgrounds accepted; equivalent combination of education and experience considered
Position Requirements
Must be 18 years of age or older Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods and to move and handle boxes of 35–50 lbs or more as necessary Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Valid driver's license required for roles involving a company vehicle or golf cart, subject to DMV check
Work Environment The Revenue Operations Coordinator II works on-site in an active hospitality environment, splitting time between cash office support, vendor coordination, and general administrative tasks under the direction of the Supervisor or General Manager. The role requires flexibility to move between financial reconciliation, reporting, and hands-on support tasks within the same shift while meeting daily HQ deadlines. Compensation & Benefits
Full-Time, non-exempt, eligible for overtime pay.
